Yelverton P. Hall, one of the oldest residents of this township died in Crawfordsville Sunday afternoon. He was born in Shelby County, KY Dec 4, 1826. When he was six, his father moved to this township. He married Miss Martha Stilwell. Their living children are: Dr. George W. Hall and Mrs. Joseph Davis of Chicago, Dr. S.A. Hall of Advance, T.Y. Hall of New Market and three unmarried daughters, Mary, Jane and Maude. Funeral services at the home on Tuesday morning were conducted by Rev. CL Airhart. Interment at Oak Hill. - kbz
